Hitch Recommendation for a 2003 Ford Ranger
Updated 10/14/2014 | Published 10/13/2014 >
Question:
I am looking for a bumper mount hitch for my 03 ford ranger edge. I have a step bumper, I have no need for a heavy duty frame mount hitch. The only reason I am looking is because my trailer doesnt ride level, so I need to be able to attach a ball.

I have a solution for you, but there are no bumper mounted hitches confirmed to fit your 2003 Ford Ranger. Instead we have a frame mounted option that would work even better at a pretty price.
For that you will want the Curt Hitch part # 13138. Now to pick a ball mount for this hitch that will let you tow your trailer level you will want to check out the link I attached to the right that details how to pick out the rise/drop ball mount.
