I need the color code of where they go on a hopkins trailer connecter diagram I have 1w/b 1blk 1r 1g/blk 1brn/w 1y/r 1y/blk

Expert Reply:

Manufacturers can use any colors they want since there isn't really a standard for wire color and function. You will need to test each of the wires using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to determine the functions. Then you can attach them to the back of the 7-Way as shown in the picture I have provided.

The colors you have provided are most similar to the picture, but you will still want to test the wires to make sure they go in the right places.
