Is Reese Voyager and Tekonsha Voyager the Same Brake Controller

To the best of your knowledge are they the same? Reese 78081 /Tek 39510 They look the same and are listed as having very similar specs. But for $69 and change is the vehicle type harness included? Not just four unconnected wires hanging out of the brake control.

They are the same controller as Reese and Tekonsha are made by the same company. The Tekonsha part # 39510 does not come with the vehicle specific install harness part # 3035-P which is custom fit for your 2003 Ford F-250/350.

Yes, the Plug-In Adapter # 3035-P will work perfectly with your older Reese model 8508211 controller.

What brand and model is the brake controller? The Rams changed quite a bit in 2015 so a new harness would be needed. But if you can get me the controller you have I can help pick you out what you'd need.
