For the Reese Elite Series underbed installation kit # RP30126 you can use the following hitches:
Curt 16K hitch # C16515-16017 (slide bar jaw)
Curt 16K hitch # C16520-16017 (double jaw)
Curt 20K hitch # C16530-16017
Curt 24K hitch # C16545-16017
None of these hitches are sliders. If you have a short bed truck the best option is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3370.
