If you have a newer model Wesbar Submersible Low Profile Trailer Tail Light, item # 403076, there are screws on the inside of the housing securing the clear capsule to the light housing. Removing these screws will allow you to remove the clear capsule cover and replace the bulbs. When the clear capsule is replaced an o-ring seals the bulb. You would not need to remove the assembly from the trailer.
If you have an older Wesbar Submersible Low Profile Trailer Tail Light then you would need # 403076.
The older Wesbar Replacement Tail Light Capsule is factory sealed to prevent water from getting to the bulb and socket. The bulb in the capsule cannot be replaced without compromising the watertight seal and the bulb would then not last nearly as long.
