i want to get a set of brackets to install my reese 5th wheel in a 2004 dodge 3/4 ton heavy duty 4 door truck. how many brackets are in the set and arte the bolts furnished in the kit?

If you have an 8 Foot bed you would use part # RP50140. There are two brackets that attach to the frame rails, one per side, and provide the attachment point for the bed rails. All the necessary hardware is included in this kit to attach the brackets to the frame of the truck. If you need hardware to attach your existing rails above bed rails you will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for 10 Bolt Fifth Wheel Base Rails, item # RP58430. With this kit you will be able to use most fifth wheel hitches, including all Reese fifth wheels with the exception of the Reese Signature Series.
If you need the complete kit with brackets and rails you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, item # RP50140-58.
