Question:
I want to purchase spare suspension parts for my travel trailer. Jayco 19MRK 2025. I have a spare leaf spring but want the shackles, bolts and Clovis. For a BAL EXACT HD AXLE MOUNT. This is the axles I have. LCI35-SBSA-86-68.5-NOSP-OS-L-545-7242-18PT V000179565. I CONTACTED BAL and they said I would have to get from Lippert. I just want some spare parts in case I ever broke parts and on the side of the road. I have bought parts from you for my other tt. Thanks

Good afternoon Andy. Thanks for reaching out and for your continued business with us!
Your 2025 Jayco 19MRK has tandem 3,500-lb Lippert axles, and the good news is that we carry the suspension hardware you're looking for. The BAL EXACT axle mounting system shouldn't affect your ability to use standard replacement shackles and bolts.
I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR, which includes heavy-duty 2-1/4" shackle straps, wet bolts, locknuts, and bronze bushings. If your existing shackles measure 3-1/8" center-to-center instead, you'll want # MR76ZR.
For replacement equalizers, we have # TREQ104, which measures 5-3/4" between the lower mounting holes, and # TREQ356, which measures 6-1/8". You'll just need to match those dimensions to your existing equalizers. If yours look way different, just let me know as we have other options, in addition to upgraded equalizers if you want to spend a bit more.
These parts would allow you to replace the suspension's standard wear hardware with upgraded, greaseable wet bolts and heavy-duty shackle straps. The ability to grease the suspension helps reduce friction, wear, and noise while extending the life of the components.
One thing I wanted to clarify: when you mention the "clovis," are you referring to the equalizer that connects your leaf springs, or a different bracket or component? I want to make sure we're covering everything you'd like to have on hand for roadside repairs.

Andrew, I did the measuring and your first recommendation was spot on! You have the equalizer in stock but the MR46ZR UPGRADE KIT will not be available in time for a trip I am going on. I need the parts NLT NOV 12. Do you have an alternative or normal oem parts in stock that I can buy for now? For the kit or individual parts? Shackles and bolts. I just need some spare parts for now not necessarily a full kit Thanks, Andy

Andy I was on my first rip of the season earlier last year, was my own fault I never checked the shackles, once I got to where I was going 3 hours away and during set up I discovered a broken shackle, how I got to where I was going was a miracle by itself. Fortunately I was able to find a generic replacement at a local auto parts store, another miracle because it was Memorial Day weekend, they were open and had the part, it was not a perfect fit but was in tact which allowed me to go home that weekend. Once I got home and had Internet access I discovered the Lippert greasable shackle set up from E-trailer, I ordered what I need, the kit showed up a couple days later. The installation is time consuming, kind of, once you figure it out on the first side the second went much quicker and easier, all said and done it took me about 3 hours, having an extra set f hands may of helped the time it took. These are great for my 40' 5th wheel with 15K of weight, like everything else on campers why they do n to do this at the factory is a million dollar question. These are a great product and will be putting them on any trailer I get in the future if they do not have them already.

Thanks Andrew! As always great customer service willing to go beyond the norm! I will do some measuring and will order the parts on your website. I am referring to the Equalizer. Y shaped part that connects the two leaf springs. Thanks again for your help! Andy
