Each company that uses a threaded hitch pin has a uniquely threaded pin that will only work with the bike racks made by that company. The Swagman Threaded Hitch Pin # P5901 that you referenced is a 5/8 inch pin with coarse threads, but the exact thread pitch is proprietary of Swagman and would only work for you if you have a Swagman rack.

Swagman offers both a non-locking and a locking anti-rattle hitch pin for their #S64400 Original bike rack. For the non-locking pin, use part #P5901 or part #S64027 for the locking version.

I spoke with my contact at Yakima, the parent company for Rhode Gear and found that there is not a separate threaded hitch pin available but there is a Hardware Bag, #RG890247, available for the Older Generation Rhode Gear Highway Bike racks.
