Will Trailer Valet XL Maintenance Kit Fit TVXL25

Bought my trailer valet xl tvxl25 in Jan 2016, so have a much earlier model. Been working great so far but starting to make funny noises and brass bushings are getting grooved where they enter the sheet metal housing especially the axel ones. Will this repair kit work for my product? My axel brass bushings are one piece rather than the two piece on each side. Also my axel is welded to the big wheel gear, so I have to take off the master link of the longest chain to remove the wheels to change the tires just ordered the solid ones to replace my air filled ones yesterday

Hey Ed, almost 11 years is a solid run! I looked it up and what you ordered in 2016 was the TVXL25. The Trailer Valet XL Maintenance Kit # TV43FR is still listed as a replacement part for your original model, so this will work for your repairs.

What kind of trailer are you moving?

Yes. If you don't need the weight distribution bars attached to carry the trailer to storage, you can absolutely use just the WD hitch head and ball to tow the trailer. It will work just like a ball mount.
