Yes, the Dexter Electric Brake Assemblies # K23-086-00 (left) and # K23-087-00 (right) are good replacement options for your Sloan's rollback with AL-KO parking brakes, provided the original brakes are 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide, use a 4-bolt mounting flange, and are rated for 3,500 lb axles. As long as all of that matches up, you'll be good to go.
