Can Erickson O-Track Install in SpaceTrailer
Updated 10/11/2026 | Published 10/09/2026 >
Question:
I have a SpaceTrailer and would like addition tie down points along the sides of the trailer. The space is 1 5/8” so I think it will fit BUT there are existing Hex bolts in this area and the CENTER of the heads are 1/2” from the right edge. I’d like to use the existing hex bolts to secure a track for additional tie downs. See photo. So guess the question is on this track how far from the edge are the holes used to attach it to the trailer. Any other tracks or ideas that might work and are economical and easy to install?

Hey Shawn, the # EM85JV is going to be too wide to allow you to use the same bolt holes you have now. But if you are okay with drilling more holes to the inside of that bolt hole you can still use this and it would work really well. What are you carrying in your trailer?
