Will the Vitrifrigo c115i VT54FR 4.2 cf replace a Novak lol 4500 4.3cf? If not, do you another option for replacing the 4500? It has been unreliable for over 3 years.

It sure will Diane. The Vitrifrigo C115i OCX2 RV Mini Fridge item # VT54FR would be a great replacement option for your Nova Kool 4500 4.3 cu ft fridge. This is also a 12v powered fridge that has a 3.6 cu ft fridge and a 0.6 cu ft top freezer. The door can be positioned to open either way and the fridge has a stainless steel latch to keep it from opening on it's own.
The Vitrifrigo C115i Fridge item # VT54FR is going to be a slightly larger so you may need to expand your cutout. It measures 21-3/8" wide x 30-3/16" tall x 21-3/4" deep with the flange removed. So it'll be 1-7/8" taller x 3/4" wider x 1" deeper.
