Looking For Roadmaster 6-Pole Bracket Made Of Metal Instead Of Plastic

Question:
I bought RM92ZR from Etrailer a couple of years ago. The plastic plate for the 6 pin plug mount that attaches to this is broken. Do you offer a replacement, or better yet, a metal plate?

Hey Matt, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have an alternative for that bracket that is made of metal instead of plastic. For that I recommend the following:
- Roadmaster Bent Electrical Socket Bracket # RM-910030-5
This will work with both the 4-pole and 6-pole sockets used in the Roadmaster flat tow wiring kits. The bracket itself is powder coated steel so this is exactly the upgrade you are looking for?

I used this bracket in the flat towing mods on my 2025 Ford Escape PLug in hybrid. It worked and looks good after one yr of use. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Roadmaster Bent Electrical Socket Bracket for use on my towed vehicle behind our motor home. I am pleased with how sturdy it is because it holds the 7 pin electrical plug in. However, I suggest you determine if you have something metal to attach it to, otherwise it will probably break plastic.

I bought this for the Hummer H3 I flat tie and have no issues. It is great and sturdy.

Yes this bracket was included in my Ford F-150 truck wiring package which I had purchased from Etrailer. Because of the way I ran the wiring harness at the front of the truck I did not use this bracket. I decided to leave the plug and wire loose and hidden behind the license plate rather than use the bracket allowing me to make an easier connection to my jumper wiring.

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that I bought used to use as a toad and the receptacle broke off. This replacement I mounted underneath the metal bar using JB Weld. Works great.
