Question:
What if I have a lowered truck, 2-4 inches, how does that affect my options for a big wig sway bar 2002 Silverado 2500HD?

Hi Patrick! The Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE94MR is designed for the stock suspension height on your 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. With your truck lowered 2"-4", the main concern will be the end link geometry since lowering changes the angle and position of the sway bar.
It is possible to use it, but you will likely need shorter/custom end links to get the sway bar positioned correctly. Unfortunately, we don't carry shorter end links for this setup, so those would need to be sourced or fabricated separately.
Are you adding this for towing or something else?
