Hi Jim!
The best option we have for your 2025 Kia Carnival with LED lights and the towing package will be the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C63RV. This is mostly plug and play, but you will need to run one wire to the battery for needed power. We haven't done an install on a Carnival quite yet, but I included an install video we did on a Sorento for you to check out (this harness fits both vehicles).

I have a '24 Kia Sorento X-Line SX Prestige w/o tow pkg. The first wire harness I ordered said for LED and standard tail lights, wrong connectors. Order LED only harness. This was the harness recommended by the agent I spoke to on the phone for the first harness ordered and resulted in reassembling tail lights by my mechanic. Returning harness, reordering the correct harness and installing again. Ended up costing me another $100 labor for her error. Check the connectors to tail lights before installing making sure they match and save yourself $.

My innstal was flawless plug and play . Only drawback I had was the t-cconector was too big to come from the bottom up as shown in the video. So I cut the green wire and went in frome top. ( on a 26 Sorento)
