What is the Capacity of the Trailer Valet Jack and Trailer Mover

Question:
I have a 27 ft boat. After reading the comments I kind of worried. What is the limit on this product?

The Trailer Valet, # STC-V211, is rated for 500 pounds tongue weight. Typically boat trailer tongue weights are lower than regular trailer tongue weights because boats are heavier at the back. The unit has a 5,000 pound gross trailer weight capacity.
