Hey Jonathan,
You should easily be able to tow a jet ski with your 2025 Toyota Sienna!
If you don't already have a trailer hitch, I suggest using the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C22UR. It doesn't require any drilling to install, just some minor trimming to reattach the fascia that's lowered during installation. The Curt trailer hitch has a 350lb tongue weight and 3,500lb towing capacity, so it can easily handle towing the jet ski as well as any cargo carrier or bike rack you may want to use with the hitch in the future. I've linked a video of this hitch being installed on a 2025 Toyota Sienna as well so you can follow along when installing it.
If your Sienna has factory wiring for towing, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C53VV that plugs directly into the factory wiring behind the rear panels near the lights. This harness will only work if you have factory tow package wiring, this is usually found on the Woodland edition of the Sienna or added on as an optional accessory.
If you don't have any factory wiring, you'll need the Curt Powered Tail Light Connector w/4-pole Flat part # C59236. This is a universal fit wiring harness so splicing into the vehicle's wiring will be required to get it installed. The converter needs a power wire run directly from the battery to power it, which prevent any feedback or short circuits in the vehicle's wiring. We have an installation video of the C59236 being installed on a 2022 Toyota Sienna that I've linked for you as well. Both harnesses will make it so your trailer's light operate in synchrony with the Sienna's and cover the brake, turn, and tail functions.
How often are you planning on towing your jet ski trailer?

I put the wiring hiring harness myself. Be prepared to take apart your bumper and and splicing the wires is dicey. I used a volt meter to be sure I was splicing the correct wires. The videos I found were very good. About four hours. If that sounds like not your bag get a pro.
