The Sumo Springs Custom Helper Spring Kit you mentioned, part SSR-313-54 is indeed a fit for the 2014 Ram Promaster Van. The kit contains two springs for the rear axle. The springs themselves are rated up to a 2800 lb capacity, but be aware that the springs will not increase the existing capacity of your rear axle.
