Hi Sabrina!
Though I definitely have an option for you, the # CIP56VV is a replacement passenger side towing mirror for a 2021 to 2023 Ford F-150 and will not be what you are looking for. Unfortunately, there are no custom fit options available for the new generation 4Runner. At least, not yet.
That said, I recommend going with the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Convex Mirror - Qty 2 # KS3891-2 (or the # KS3891 if you are only wanting one side). Yes, these are universal, but they are the best of the universal options currently on the market. At least that I have found doing this for over a decade now.
The convex shape of the mirror gives you very good visibility and the straps do a very good job of staying secure on the mirror shroud. When there are no custom fit options available, these are the ones I always recommend.
