What is the ideal tongue weight for safe towing? I have a really heavy travel trailer and I want to make sure everything is set up properly. Thanks.

Hi Alex! As a general rule, your trailer's tongue weight should be approximately 10% to 15% of the loaded trailer weight. Keeping your tongue weight within this range helps improve stability and reduce the chance of trailer sway while towing.
