Question:
2019 Keystone Residence Travel Trailer 401LOFT RV Ac for the bedroom. I think it’s a 13k BTU. Which ac unit would work best for us? We have the stock ac units from factory. It not able to keep us cool. Also keep freezing up. We are also having water leak into the loft area. I’m interested in the chill cube 18k with heat pump. But I’m not sure if it will sit to high, because the back of the rv is taller in the rear. I would also like to know if that unit will work in the kitchen and living area. I have so have a propane heater. but I would like to have a buffer as it is gets cooler. Thanks for your time.

Hey Richard! The Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Heat Pump is definitely the best option for your Keystone. If you're worried about the height, you can always measure to see if it will be a problem. These units sit at 14-1/2" tall which isn't anything out of the ordinary.
You can use the Chill Cube to replace the bedroom unit as well as the unit for your kitchen and living area. To make installation even easier, you can continue to run your furnace off of the existing wall thermostat and just run the Chill Cube via the remote or the ADB controls. It looks like you have a ducted setup so you can choose from the following based on color:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 18K Btu - White - R32 # FR67TQ
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 18K Btu - Black - R32 # FR97TQ
This system is incredibly efficent, and that variable speed compressor will help prevent any freeze ups like you have now. It will also deliver that extra cooling power so you can keep cool on those hot summer days.
Any big trips coming up with your travel trailer once you get the AC replaced?

The one on the back is a low profile needing to be about 10 inches. There appears to be another Furrion chill HE low profile. Is that unit discontinued?
