What are the washers in this kit made of?

Hi Ryan; the washers that come with the Replacement Clevis End Kit for etrailer XHD Tow Bar # e54ZR are made of a self-lubricating plastic. These are the clevis spacer washers shown as number 11 in the diagram below. They provide a low-friction bearing surface at the clevis pivot, so they are designed to be used in place of standard metal washers.

@Ryan we don't sell just the washers. What I would do is pick some machined acetal (Delrin) spacer washers locally that are similar to the ones you already have. Since they're just acting as low-friction spacers at the clevis pivot, a comparable acetal spacer washer should work fine.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
