The bracket on RV Designer Rectangular Incandescent License Light w/ Bracket # RD68RR is made of a heavy-duty plastic and will withstand strong weather conditions, so you won't have to worry about it being brittle or not rated for your usage and it'll also be corrosion resistant as opposed to metal! What kind of vehicle or trailer were you planning on installing that on?

It didn't look like the picture came through, however that model number comes back to a Dometic Quick Cool, which is a Brisk Air, so the Replacement RV Air Conditioner Cover for Penguin and Dometic Air Conditioners #AT3308046006 will work fine.
