What trailer jack can bolt on and swivel up on a trailer frame with 5inch height? Preferably without drilling bolt holes through the frame

I searched our inventory and I was not able to find a side mount trailer jack that would fit a 5" frame. The Trailer Valet JXS Drill Powered Swivel Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # TV64FR has the largest mounting bracket and it's for trailer frames up to 4-3/4" tall x 3-3/4" width.

What style of trailer is the jack for?
