Hey Jerry, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FR83TF can indeed exhaust out the back. The blower can be rotated during installation to match whatever exhaust configuration you have. I believe as it comes out of the box the blower is pointed up, but you can easily remove it and rotate it to work with a back side exhaust port like the one in your picture.
