Congrats on your new Dometic FreshJet3! I hope you're loving it so far!
To answer your question, yes, the Dometic CT Thermostat and Control Board part # DMC83ZR can be installed so you can control your furnace from the thermostat. The # DMC83ZR not only gives you a digital thermostat, but the new control board that installs in the ceiling assembly allows the new thermostat to control both your AC and propane furnace. It's pretty easy to install as long as you're comfortable with some basic wiring. You'll remove the old analog board and move the existing wires and furnace wires over to the correct terminals. Then you’ll run the included harness to your wall, mount the new thermostat, and plug it in.
