Question:
2014 Hyper Light 4400 lb axle. I would like to lift the Toy Hauler slightly as the clearance between the axle and fresh water tank drain is minimal and it has broken the tank once already. I was hoping to go with a 2500 lb spring with at least a 3 1/8 Dinch measurement

Hi Drew,
I was able to find that the part # EM66RB TruRyde EMCO Double Eye Trailer Leaf Spring with a 2,500 lb capacity has a 3 inch arch, but I don't think that is going to provide the amount of lift you're looking for to help prevent the fresh water tank from being damaged again. Based on what you've described, I would recommend lifting the trailer with the Dexter Over Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 rather than trying to gain clearance by changing leaf springs.
Since you've already had the fresh water tank damaged once, I completely understand wanting a solution that gives you some peace of mind and helps prevent it from happening again. While springs with a taller arch can raise the trailer slightly, they are designed primarily to support weight, not to provide lift, so the results can be difficult to predict once the trailer's weight is on them. Also going to a 2,500 lb spring is not something I would recommend for a 4,400 lb axle because it could make the ride noticeably stiffer without guaranteeing the clearance gain you're after.
The Over Under Conversion Kit is a much more reliable way to gain clearance. It moves the leaf springs from below the axle to above it, typically raising the trailer by the diameter of the axle tube plus the thickness of the spring pack. Everything I was able to find on your Hyper Light indicates it uses a 3 inch Dexter axle, which would make the # K71-385-00 the correct kit. That said, I would still recommend measuring the axle tube diameter to confirm before ordering. If your axle measures 2-3/8 inches in diameter instead, you would need part # K71-384-00.
Have you ever considered flipping the axle before to gain clearance? I am happy to answer any more questions you may have.
