Can Dexter EZ Flex Kit # K71-652-00 Replace Dexter Equalizer 13-10 without Affecting Ride Height

Question:

I have 33” axle spacing but still want to make sure I’m not going to lower my suspension height. My current stabilizer is a Dexter 13-10. My shackle straps are about 3 3/8”. Is this the right kit?

Hey Nathan, the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 that you referenced will work for you and won't drastically change the ride height of your trailer. The equalizers are 2 inches shorter but the shackle straps being right at 1 inch shorter offsets that by about 1 inch. So overall you'd lose about 1 inch. Will that work for you?

It will not. Is there another kit that would match the factory?

@Nathan The MORryde part # MR89DR is a closer option. It's 4-1/2 inches tall for the bolt holes and from left to right the distance is 6-1/2 inches. What you have now is 4 inch by 6 inch so this is within a 1/2 inch for both dimensions and also has both vertical and horizontal cushioning.
