Hi Larry,
Yes, the Solera Universal RV Awning Arms and Hardware Kit part # SO75FR is designed to work with several Carefree awning models that have an 8 foot projection. Specifically, it is compatible with the Carefree Spirit, Fiesta, Simplicity Traveler, and Eclipse awnings. This kit is used when converting from a manual awning setup to a powered awning system, making campsite setup much easier with push button operation.
The kit includes two powered awning arms, a power switch, and the necessary mounting hardware to complete the conversion. One of the biggest advantages of upgrading to the Solera 3000 Series is the convenience. Instead of manually extending and retracting the awning, the direct drive motor does the work with the push of a button. It also features adjustable pitch settings and a manual override function, so you're not left without options if power is unavailable.
