What Size Drop On Weigh Safe True Tow

Question:
Hello! Im looking for direction please on which length do I order for the Weight Safe True Tow Weight Distubution _ Middleweight? My? unloaded truck hitch ?receiver is 22? from the top of the inside to the ground. It ?has a 2 1/2? Shaft size 19? 1/2? from the bottom of the ?hitch receiver to the ground?. My trailer is the same height?, the top of the coupler is 22?, when level?, and the bottom of the coupler is 19? 1/2?. When fully loaded ?with ?the trailer attached? to the truck?, ?everything lowers 2 1/2, making the ?top of the truck ?receiver hitch ?now to ?19 1/2 and the bottom to 17? to the ground. So its ?lowering 2 1/2? when fully loaded. ?With this in mind, which ? length? do I need? for a 2 1/2 shaft size and 12,500 lb Spring Arm Weight Rating? Thank you for your time! Dee Ann

Hey Dee Ann! I'm assuming you're asking about the drop you need for the shank. The Weigh Safe True Tow # WS59MR with a 6" drop/7" rise is appropriate for your application. This fits a 2-1/2" receiver and has the 12.5K GTW/1.2K TW rating you're looking for.
You won't be using the drop or rise, you can just keep it at the highest setting for a 0" rise/drop since your receiver and coupler are at the same height. With the spring bars engaged and the system dialed in you will be towing level.
