Will my 2015 GMC sierra 2500HD Duramax with integrated brake controller operate EOH MORryde disc brake?

Hey Brad, thanks for reaching out. The factory brake controllers they put in the 2015 GMC trucks are largely incompatible with EOH brakes. That is one of the specific model years we see a lot of issues with since they don't have an EOH mode.
There are two potential workarounds for this. The first is to replace the factory brake controller with an aftermarket controller like the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED26CR which works with electric and EOH brakes.
The other option is to use an adapter like the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module for Ford and Chevy Brake Controllers # HBA-CAM. This basically tricks the brake controller into working with EOH brakes. These adapters work most of the time but I have seen a few cases where they just don't work and there is no good explanation as to why. For that reason I'd lean towards just replacing the brake controller since its guaranteed to work.
What kind of trailer are you hauling?

Works perfect on 2019 Chevy Z71 Duramax. Disc brakes was the best add on ever.

I am unsure on Chevy because I run all Fords. I use aftermarket controllers on all of them with excellent performance. Converting the gooseneck trailer to disc brakes is on of the best investments I have made.

Works exactly how it should. Only way I can run my gooseneck with EOH brakes With a 2013 3500 duramax.
