Can this 4inch hitch receiver be used for an e bike rack that carries 2 bikes and rack weighing 125 lbs total?

Hey Mark, the etrailer High-Low Fixed Adapter for Tow Bars # e25ZV was designed only to be used with flat towing setups. For something similar we do have the Roadmaster part # RM-070 that can be used in this application though.

As already stated, it is designed for flat towing where there is little to no tongue weight. That said it is stouter and heavier duty than any other double or drop receiver hitch I have ever owned.

@Mark Yeah it definitely looks like it would handle an e-bike just fine but we have to recommend you stick with what the manufacturer recommends.
