Does Dexter DX6.6 Actuator have a Manual Lock Out Pin Hole

Question:
Isnt the hole below where the safety pin wire ataches to hitch there to safety pin thus locking out brakes for backing when 7pin plug is not connected for whatever reason?

Hey Bill, yes the Dexter DX6.6 actuator part # DX79UR does have a manual lock out pin hole and it is that hole that you mentioned that is right below the safety pin wire. It's in the picture I attached but it's actually the hole that is behind the one that the guy is inserting a pin into.
