Question:
Will this system work on 5th Wheel Toyhaulers?

Hey Andre! The Brandmotion SurroundVUE 360 # BM99SR is designed around an RV or box truck. You could potentially make it work, but you would need to add in some kind of disconnect on the rear of your truck to be able to unhook the cameras from the monitor when you aren't towing. That also means you're going to have a cable hanging around back there which probably isn't the best on a 5th wheel.
Instead, I recommend the Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Observation System w/ 3 Cameras # FR64AD. This comes with two side cameras and a rear camera for comprehensive coverage. Since it is wireless, you don't have to worry about running additional camera wires on the trailer or in your vehicle.
What kind of toy hauler are you towing?

I purchased the Furrion Vision S+ 3camara system and a second backup camera because I am towing a stacker trailer. The system works perfectly. When towing I use the motorhome backup camera to keep eyes on the hitch especially when coupling. I use the trailer backup camera and the motorhome side camera to guide me while backing the whole rig in my garage. The 4 way split screen keeps everything in view at the same time. My trailer had an old backup camera so I used the existing power wire going through the harness. The whole system works great. I would recommend this system.

We brought the Furrion 3 camera vision S+ a couple of months ago. We plan to buy a 4th camera at some point. The ordering was easy and it shipped/arrived quickly. We have a Flagstaff DBH that was pre-wired. To install was pretty simple following the instructions and watching a few videos. The one problem we did run into was on the driver side installation of the side camera. We the marker is to install is also where the switch is to turn the front lights on the camper. This was an issue because the side camera would not fit. This has made some screw holes visible. So we had to patch and seal those tiny holes. Even with this I prefer safety on the road. The monitor was great. I love the split screens. It was for me so helpful when it came to lane changing. I can change lanes knowing 100 percent it was clear and safe. The screen is clear, easy to see and I love you have many options on the screen. Another thing that is nice is when backing up the driver can here the spotter without phones, walkies, yelling with the built in audio. Though I do wish it was made that the spotter could here the driver as well. (Seems silly not to have that happening) I had an older Furrion backup camera and still works after five years. We sold that camper. Based on that with the new camper we brought this camera system with the side cameras and I recommend having the side cameras when towing. It gives me peace of mind and works great. I didn't have the money at the time to have four cameras, but it is nice to know I can add a fourth camera later. I also use etrailer all the time and love this company. Customer service is great, they are helpful, and work with you. They follow up with you.
