What Is Needed to Allow a Trailer to be Towed Level

i have a 2024 Ford F-150, and am buying a Road King dual axel trailer hauling an Cobalt R3, reverse drive surf boat. what kind of hitch do i need to get that level ride?

Hey Bob, do tow a trailer level you really just need a ball mount that provides the correct amount of rise/drop so that the trailer will be totally level. You have to measure from the bottom of the coupler lip down to the ground and then also measure from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground on the vehicle. The difference between these two dimensions is the amount of rise/drop you would need. An adjustable ball mount like the B and W part # BW67BR is a great option that covers a lot of rise/drops. This can do a drop of up to 7-1/4 inches and a rise of 3-3/4 inches.
