Question:
Hooked this new Dexter Model 60 on a single axel trailer with hydraulic drum brakes. Replaced the brake assemblies with also new wheel cylinders. The lines are also completely empty. Cant figure out how to fill the brake lines. Basically what I need is the best way step by step to bleed the actuator and how to push the fluid through the lines. Any of the tip on youtube seem to be working, what am i missing or doing wrong?

Hey Tony, welcome back! The Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator item # T43329007K you purchased has a plunger you can access for purposes of bleeding the system of air. You will want to remove the plate that surrounds the breakaway lever to access it. You'll need to fill the reservoir three quarter full with DOT-3 brake fluid then manually push the lever to pressurize the system. This will force fluid to run through the lines.
Using the four steps detailed in the images below you can use a 2x4 to activate the surge brake while a 2nd person is opening and closing the bleeder valve at each brake cylinder. If you're worried about getting brake fluid everywhere, I recommend using the Powerbuilt Brake Bleeder item # ALL648591 that is shown in the pictures.
