Does this come with a gasket kit or does it require a seperate one?

Hi Jaysin!
The Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w Air Distribution Box, Thermostat - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR49TD does include the gasket to seal it onto your roof. I included an image showing it installed under the rooftop AC unit for you to check out as well.
One thing to note about the seals, they can get pretty stuck when you go to remove the old one. If this is the case, you will want to make sure you remove all the old material to make sure the new one gets a nice secure seal. I have used a plastic putty knife in the past to get all the gunky bits off. If worse comes to worse and it really won't come off, try using a little acetone to get it to come off. Don't go crazy with it though. Just enough to get it to release.
