Hey Joseph! The kit you were looking at is not a fit for your 1991 Toyota Pickup 4X4. It looks like you decided on the Hellwig Load Pro 15 Load Leveler Helper Springs # HE79VR which are designed for 4WD models so you should be all set. These will help keep you level and reduce sway and body roll as well.

What are you towing or hauling with the Toyota?

@RobinH thanks, I’ve read a review that say they have had to slot the holes out more. Is that common for the Toyotas?
