Hey Beth! Since that Penguin is an old R410A unit you will need to replace the entire system. Everything switched to R32 refrigerant last year, which operates at different pressures and temperatures so they aren't backwards compatible.
For a complete replacement I recommend the Advent Air RV AC. We have the manual ADB that works with ductless or the single zone model with the thermostat that works with ducted and ductless setups. You can choose from the following:
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV32SR or # ADV42SR (Black)
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV23SR or # ADV75SR (Black)
-Advent Air RV AC System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV92SR or # ADV62SR (Black)
-Advent Air RV AC System - Single Zone - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV95SR or # ADV52SR (Black)
None of these have heat pumps but you can add a heat strip separately # ADV34QR for supplemental heating.
