Will this cover work with a system one contractor rig ladder rack? If not can you recommend one that will? Truck is a 2018 f150 super crew with the 66inch bed.

The Pace Edwards JackRabbit part part # 311-M-JRFA05A28 will not work with your System One Contractor Rig ladder rack, but the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit with Explorer Series rails part # 311-FEFA05A28 is the version I would recommend for your 2018 F150. That model is specifically designed to be rack compatible thanks to the built in Explorer rails, which give you a proper mounting channel so you are not dealing with clamps fighting the cover or contacting the rails.
I know the biggest concern here is making sure the rack and cover do not interfere with each other. Moving to a cover designed for rack integration is the cleanest way to avoid that. The Explorer rail system is built for that purpose so everything operates smoothly and stays secure. As long as your One System rack installs into tracks, you are good to go.
