What Tonneau Covers Work with a System One Ladder Rack 2017 Toyota Tundra 6-1/2 Bed

Question:

Will this bed cover work with system one racks. If not do you have anything that will. 2017 Toyota Tundra 6.5foot bed. Thank you, TPLR5005-5099

Generally speaking, soft tonneau covers that mount inside of the bed rails will work with most ladder racks that mount into the truck bed stake pockets. However, although the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll fits this description, I would be concerned with how tall the tonneau cover sits in comparison with the trucks bed rails. If the ladder rack extends inside the bed rails of your truck then this will not allow the base rails to lie flat causing fitment issues.

I do have a tonneau cover that will work with the System One ladder rack but we have not had a chance to test the Lo-Roll with the System One ladder racks on your 2017 Toyota Tundra yet. I recommend using the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Hard Tonneau Cover part # 311-FMT5173.

This has been confirmed to work with the System One ladder racks by both Pace Edwards and System One. However, the cover will impede the use of the optional factory Deck Rail System while installed.

I have a 2015 f250 short bed with the pace Edward’s jack rabbit cover with the explorer rails. I want to install a system one ladder rack and it seems that they’re the same design as the Pace Edward contractor rig rack. I just wanted to confirm that this combination will work? Thanks!

@JoeT I'm assuming their Pick-up Traks are some kind of rail system but we don't have any details on their racks and compatibility with the explorer rails. I would reach out wo System One to see if they know if they're compatible.
