Question:
Hello, I own the HR34FR Hollywood Racks Destination 2 Bike Platform Rack and I love it. I was using it with a hitch on my HR V, but now own a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Ive read through the QandA , but am still not sure-Id like to buy a new hitch from you to use this rack as I did before, no hitch size adapter. Which of your hitches fits my new used 2023 Subaru and works with this bike rack? Thank you!

Hey Sylvia! If you don't have the 2" adapter for your Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY94FR I recommend getting the Curt # C12184. This is a Class II hitch and the only option with a 1-1/4" receiver for your Crosstrek. If you will only be using the hitch for your bike rack this is the best option.
If you plan on towing, or want the option for additional 2" accessories, a Class III hitch like # e98912 is the better choice. I'm sure if you reach out to Hollywood Racks they would be able to send you the adapter so it will be compatible with a 2" receiver.
What bikes are you carrying on the Crosstrek?

Hello, Thank you! We carry two standard Trek hybrid pedal bikes. The most important thing for me is that hitch 1) works on my 2023 manual transmission Crosstrek and 2) I can use the Hollywood rack I own without an adapter. I will not be towing anything. I really appreciate the personal answer-this is why I keep coming back to you guys as my first choice for something like this. :) Sylvia
