We do have just the side plates you’re looking for! The correct set for your 2026 Chevy 3500 with factory pucks is # DM49GV. You’ll be able to unbolt your current ones and swap these right in.

Hello, I purchased the side rails thinking it’s going to be a pain to change, but after speaking with etrailer and getting the right parts it went very smooth. I choose to hang the Hitch asynchrony off the from of the 5th wheel to make it easier since I hand now way to remove it from from my truck. The plates are perfect and latch in very easy, I would suggest installing a grease on the Truck side and the so they can be removed and don’t get stuck or corroded. There is one thing I didn’t do and had a problem with I tighten everything up and try to install, I the found it easier to semi tighten everything and install then tighten up everything son it lines up much easier. Have had no problems since install.

@Gary That's a really great tip about waiting to tighten everything down till everything is in the pucks. Nothings worse then thinking you're almost done and it's not lining up.
