Question:

I Have the Epos 2 with tail lights. My bike was stolen and I need new straps for the wheel locations and the strap for the frame head strap. Need part numbers for those two strap locations. Thanks much. The Thief cut all six straps then stoled both e bikes 23 thousand dollars gone.

Hi James, sorry to hear about your e-bikes! You can replace those straps with the Replacement Wheel Strap # TH34FR66MY and Replacement Bike Attachment Kit # TH34FR58MY.

Have you managed to recover the bikes? What kind of e-bikes were they? Those are pretty expensive. I would consider adding some additional locks/cables if you get them back.
