Hey Virgil! We do indeed have a front hitch for a 2018 Ford F-150. It's the Curt item # C31083. This custom fit front hitch has a 2" receiver and comes with all hardware necessary for installation. The price can be found at the top of this page or by clicking on the item # C31083 link and going to the product page itself.

The Curt item # C31083 has a line pull capacity of 9,000 lbs for a winch, a vertical load of 500 lbs for accessories like a cargo carrier, and a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs for maneuvering trailers.

I linked an installation video below so you can see how to get it set up.

What do you plan on using your new front hitch for?

I put a front hitch on my f-150 a few years ago, I would recommend 2 people for the job. But it went on and fit very well.

I installed this on my 2020 F150. It was easy to install, maybe 30 minutes if you're mechanically inclined. It works great. I'd prefer if it was tucked up a bit higher but I haven't had any problems with bottoming it out.

Have installed this hitch on front of my 2016 F150 and 2023 F150. Easy install. Easier if you have a helper but one guy can do it. NOTE: 2023 Platinum F150 has an active air dam that deploys “downward” when vehicle reaches speed. Air dam must be removed to use this hitch. Hitch description specifies “will not work with air dam.” Believe it

I bought one a few months back for my snow sport plow was east to install perfect fit for my 2020 f150. Definitely would recommend 2 people to install but can be done by yourself I installed mine in 2 hours alone use a jack to help lift it in place.
