Hi, I’m interested in purchasing the EcoHitch for my 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5. Is there a wiring harness available for this car model and year 2026? Thanks

Hey Elliot, congrats on the new SUV! As of (04/7/2026) the only wiring harness available for the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 is the Curt item # C59236. This is a universal wiring harness that splices into your rear tail light wires. It provides a 4-way flat connector.
The EcoHitch item # EH72HR you were looking at, is exactly what you'll need for your 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5. This hitch is custom fit and comes with everything you need to get it installed on your SUV. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 2,500 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 375 lbs.

The hitch did fit as promised it was necessarry to cu the plastic away ro fit it. I use it for my bicycle and now with a longeer E bike it just barely fits. It is very secure and I always felt my bike was safe.
