Good day Gabriel, great question!

The crossbeam sits high enough where it won't be in the way of any sensors. We haven't received any feedback that the EcoHitch Stealth hitch # EH97CR won’t turn off your hands-free liftgate, but because it installs in the same area as the sensor, it can change where or how you need to kick for it to work. We've found that kicking slightly left or right of receiver has worked best.

What are you using the hitch for; trailer, bike rack, cargo carrier?
