Hi Mike, I know exactly what you’re looking for, and I get why you want to make sure you get the right part so your HoldUp stays usable.
We don’t currently carry the gray 888-0127 spline anymore, but the replacement spine part # 8890277 is the same part functionally, just in black instead of gray. It will fit your older HoldUp and work with your existing trays and hardware, so you won’t need to replace the whole rack.
I know the color difference isn’t ideal, but from a fit and performance standpoint it’s the correct replacement.
What bikes are you planning to carry on this setup, mountain, road, or e-bikes?

Ok thank you. I have had this rack for over 20 years and it is having a few other issues. Yakima used to support no questions asked but have been less cooperative with such an old rack. I am carrying one EBike, 2 mountain bikes and a 3spd townie that is 40lbs. Rack is probably over capacity and it is probably time for an upgrade. My buddies have mountain bikes with 29 inch wheels and this rack can't handle them either. Thanks for the information. I'll decide something. I hate trashing stuff that still works. Mike
