Replacement Spine and Hardware for Yakima HoldUp Bike Carrier

Your website says this part Y8890279 comes with a shank. Is this the same as the replacement mounting hardware Y8880128 or would that need to be ordered to mount the +2 spine to my holdup 2? I do not need any of the hardware necessary to mount a bike on the +2 spine. Thank you.
