Hey Oscar, yes we have the Coil SumoSprings part # CSS-1125F which is a confirmed fit for the rear suspension of your 2022 Honda Pilot. This installs between the coils and gives the vehicle additional suspension support. Are you towing a trailer with your Pilot?

I had them on my Jeep Renegade (sincetgen, sold it). They worked really well. When the car was light, they didn’t affect the ride, when loaded down for a long camping trip, they kept the car from bottoming out on bumpy streets and roads. Sometimes, they squeak. I would definitely buy them again if i ever needed. Easy to install and take off
